In the event you place an incorrect order or change your mind please see our  policy below.

 Cancellations

Order cancellation is accepted if this is requested within 7 days of order delivery.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage, when the return of the product is not due to a product or delivery error caused by every nook.
Products must be returned in a saleable condition in the original packaging. 
Returns must be received at the following address within 14 days of return request to receive a full refund, that will be processed within 30 days of order cancellation.

Please keep proof of postage until confirmed the return has been received by every nook.

Refunds and Returns

Should a product arrived damaged please contact every nook within 48hrs with photo evidence. 
Should there be issues with product performance when using your candle, please contact anytime with proof of purchase.
On agreement between buyer and every nook a full refund or product exchange will be arranged. 
If there is a requirement to return the faulty product to every nook candles, this cost will be refunded. 
Every nook will endeavour to refund returns within 10 days of request.
All refunds will be made via the original payment method.

For products not purchased via this website i.e. via a retailer or other online platform, please contact and follow the returns process of the relevant place of purchase.
